“The Company has incurred operating losses since inception and currently does not generate sufficient revenue to sustain operations without external funding. As of the date of this report, the Company's available cash is not sufficient to meet its projected working capital needs for the next twelve months. These factors raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. ... Management believes that its plans, if successfully implemented, may mitigate the conditions that raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern; however, there can be no assurance that such plans will be successful.
