“Convertible Notes maturities of $80.0 million exist through February 2027, with $72.0 million held by a subsidiary of Green Thumb, a related party. If the holders of these notes elect to be paid in cash upon maturity could raise substantial doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern. However, while these contractual maturities require management attention, management believes it is probable that the obligations will be addressed through extension or conversion consistent with historical practice. As such, our financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis.”
