“Because the Company's deadline to complete an initial Business Combination occurs within one year from the date these financial statements are issued, and the completion of the business combination is subject to conditions outside the Company's control, there is substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. While management intends to consummate the initial Business Combination contemplated by the BCA, there can be no assurance that the transaction will be completed by April 3, 2027.
