“Based on the Company's limited cash and cash equivalents, and history of losses, there is substantial doubt as to whether the Company's existing cash resources are sufficient to enable the Company to continue its operations for the next 12 months as a going concern. Management plans to pursue possible financing and strategic options including, but not limited to, obtaining additional equity financing. Management has successfully pursued these options previously and believes that these plans may alleviate the substantial doubt regarding the Company's ability to continue operations for the next 12 months as a going concern. However, there is no assurance that the Company will be successful in pursuing these plans.”
