Barrett Boston, Senior Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer, separated from TriNet Group, Inc. (the "Company") on December 7, 2020. Subject to customary conditions, such as execution of an effective release of claims, Mr. Boston will be entitled to receive severance pay and other benefits in accordance with the Company’s Amended and Restated Executive Severance Benefit Plan dated May 18, 2017, as described starting on page 57 of the Company’s Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 23, 2020.
