Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

At the Annual Meeting, the Company's stockholders holding and entitled to vote 215,586,314 shares of the Company's Common Stock, or approximately 93.9% of the total outstanding shares of the Company's Common Stock on the record date for the Annual Meeting were present in person or by proxy. At the Annual Meeting, the stockholders voted on the following four proposals, each of which is described in detail in the Company’s 2019 Proxy Statement. The final voting results are reported below.
