Our website at www.socialnetwork.ai is our recognized channel of distribution to post important information to shareholders and investors, including social media channel posts and a bi-weekly podcast.
Background
In our 8-K filing dated January 29, 2021, we announced that our next such podcast was scheduled for Tuesday February 2, 2021 at 1:30 PM (Pacific Time) and 4:30 PM (Eastern Time) at https://www.socialnetwork.ai/podcast for management to discuss 2020 user growth across all seven social networks that the company services, as well as expectations for 2021 growth for the MjLink, HuntPost and LikeRE networks.
Rescheduling of Podcast to February 3, 2021
Due to a schedule conflict, the podcast has been moved to Wednesday, February 3rd, 2021, at 1:30 PM (Pacific Time) and 4:30 PM (Eastern Time), which podcast may be accessed at the above podcast address.
