On June 9, 2025, the Board of Directors of Webus International Limited (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of Mr. Shijie Wang as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately, for personal reasons.
On June 9, 2025, the Board appointed Mr. Nan Zheng, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, to serve as interim Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately, until the Board finds a permanent replacement.
