Additional financing will be needed to fund ongoing operations, support of GPCR USA's operations, and exploration of strategic alternatives and pursuing any alternatives that management identifies. Management's plan to alleviate this substantial doubt include pursuing additional equity and/or debt financings, strategic transactions, potential business combination opportunities and other sources of capital.
