Global Medical REIT Inc. (NYSE: GMRE) (the “Company” or “GMRE”) today announced that Henry Cole has notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) that he plans to step down as a member of the Board at the end of his current term. Henry Cole’s Stepping Down from Board of Directors Mr. Cole has served on the Board as an Independent Director since the Company’s inception and has served at different points throughout his term as the Board’s Lead Independent Director, Chair of the Board’s Compensation Committee and ESG Committee and as a member of the Board’s Audit and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees.
