ShareIssuance

On November 29, 2022, Color Star Technology Co., Ltd., a Cayman Islands company (the “Company”) authorized the issuance to certain employees an aggregate of 300,000 ordinary shares (the “Shares”) under the Company’s 2022 Equity Incentive Plan. The Shares were issued and vested immediately on November 30, 2022 with no restrictions.
