“Management believes these potential sources of liquidity, together with its current cash balance, would enable the Company to sustain its operations through at least twelve months from the issuance date of the unaudited condensed financial statements. However, there can be no assurance that such loans or additional financing will be available to the Company, or that a Business Combination will be consummated by the end of the Combination Period. Accordingly, substantial doubt exists about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.”
