The 150 variable rate munifund term preferred shares reported as disposed of in Table I represent variable rate munifund term preferred shares, series 2050 (the "VMTP Shares") beneficially owned by JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association ("JPMCB"). The VMTP Shares were disposed of as a result of a redemption by the Issuer (formerly known as DTF Tax-Free Income Inc.) for a redemption price of $150,361.23288 per share (which includes a liquidation preference of $100,000.00 per share and accrued dividends of $361.23288 per share).

The 250 variable rate munifund term preferred shares reported as disposed of in Table I represent variable rate munifund term preferred shares, series 2050 (the "VMTP Shares") beneficially owned by JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association ("JPMCB"). The VMTP Shares were disposed of as a result of a redemption by the Issuer (formerly known as DTF Tax-Free Income Inc.) for a redemption price of $25,042,671.23 per share (which includes a liquidation preference of $100,000.00 per share and accrued dividends of $42,671.23 per share).

The 250 variable rate munifund term preferred shares reported as disposed of in Table I represent variable rate munifund term preferred shares, series 2050 (the "VMTP Shares") beneficially owned by JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association ("JPMCB"). The VMTP Shares were disposed of as a result of a redemption by the Issuer (formerly known as DTF Tax-Free Income Inc.) for a redemption price of $100,145.28768 per share (which includes a liquidation preference of $100,000.00 per share and accrued dividends of $145.28768 per share).

The 650 preferred shares reported as disposed of in Table I represent variable rate munifund term preferred shares (the "VMTP Shares") that were beneficially owned by Wells Fargo Municipal Capital Strategies, LLC ("Capital Strategies"). The VMTP Shares were disposed of as a result of a redemption by the Issuer for a redemption price of $100,045.4918 per share (which includes a liquidation preference of $100,000.00 per share and accrued dividends of $45.4918 per share). Capital Strategies is a wholly owned subsidiary of Wells Fargo & Company ("Wells Fargo").

This statement is jointly filed by Wells Fargo and Capital Strategies. Wells Fargo holds an indirect interest in the securities listed in Table I by virtue of its indirect ownership of its subsidiary Capital Strategies.
