Resignationof Director

On January 11, 2023, Mr. Hengjiang Pang resigned as a Director of Forge Innovation Development Corp. (the “Company”) due to personal reasons. Mr. Pang’s resignation is not a result of any disagreement with the Company, and the Company thanks Mr. Pang for his contributions to the Board.
