For 2022 and 2021, the amount in the “Salary” column represents combined compensation for service as Executive Chairman and the cash retainer payable for service on the Company’s board of directors. In the 2021 proxy statement, the 2021 salary was converted using a rate of 1.18 and the reported salary and bonus for Daniel Vitt was 446,040 and 175,628.
