On August 5, 2021, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company's board of directors declared a cash dividend of $1.05 per share on the Company's common stock. Such dividend shall be payable on September 1, 2021, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on August 16, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.

KLA Declares Regular Cash Dividend
MILPITAS, Calif., Aug. 5, 2021—The KLA Corporation (NASDAQ: KLAC) board of directors today declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.05 per share on its common stock, payable on Sept. 1, 2021 to KLA shareholders of record as of the close of business on Aug. 16, 2021.
