Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 13, 2024, Shrisha Radhakrishna resigned from his positions as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer of LegalZoom.com, Inc. (the “Company”) to pursue other opportunities, with such resignation to be effective November 15, 2024. Aaron Stibel, the Company’s Chief Revenue Officer, will assume responsibility over the Company’s product organization. In addition, the Company is commencing a search to identify qualified candidates for the Chief Technology Officer role, which will report into the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Radhakrishna's resignation was not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
