“The Company previously disclosed in its financial statements for the year ended November 30, 2025 and the period from December 14, 2023 (inception) through November 30, 2024, that a material uncertainty existed that cast doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern within one year after the date of the financial statements being issued. During the six months ended May 31, 2026, as a result of the successful completion of the de-SPAC transaction (Note 4) and a PIPE financing (Note 12), the Company possesses sufficient financial resources to sustain its operations.
