“These conditions, including continued operating losses, negative cash flows from operations, an accumulated deficit of $320.9 million, and the need for additional capital to fund ongoing operations and growth initiatives (including the integration of the Rendiatech acquisition), raise substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern for at least twelve months from the date these financial statements are issued.
