“The accompanying condensed financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which contemplates the realization of assets and the settlement of liabilities and commitments in the normal course of business. As reflected in the accompanying condensed financial statements, for the six months ended June 30, 2026, the Company incurred a net loss of $4.9 million, used $2.8 million of cash in operating activities, and had a stockholders' deficiency of $3.5 million.
