“The Company has an accumulated deficit of $347,664 and a negative cash flow from operations amounting to $14,700 for the period ended March 31, 2026. These factors as discussed in Note 3 of the financial statements raise substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern. Management’s plans in regard to these matters are also described in Note 3.
