Substantial doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern.
“Management performed a going concern assessment for a period of twelve months from the date of approval of these Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements to assess whether conditions exist that raise substantial doubt regarding the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. While there is no assurance that the borrowings will provide us with funding for a time period that allows us to continue operations and other strategic alternatives, management believes it remains appropriate to prepare our financial statements on a going concern basis. Management believes that if the Company is successful in raising additional capital through public market financings or other strategic alternatives, there will be sufficient liquidity to meet obligations as they become due. However, there can be no assurance that such plans will be realized or that additional financing will be available on acceptable terms. Accordingly, there is substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern within one year after the date the financial statements have been issued.”View the 10-Q filed Aug 14, 2026
