SDOT · Sadot Group Inc. · Debt
Substantial doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern.
“Management has performed a going concern assessment covering a period of twelve months from the issuance date of these condensed consolidated financial statements. While there is no assurance that existing borrowings and the equity line of credit will provide sufficient funding to support operations for the full assessment period, management believes it remains appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going-concern basis. Management believes the actions described above, if successfully executed, will provide sufficient liquidity to meet obligations as they become due. However, there can be no assurance that such plans will be realized or that additional financing will be available on acceptable terms. Accordingly, substantial doubt exists about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern within one year after the date these financial statements are issued.”View the 10-Q filed Aug 14, 2026
