Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Effective August 21, 2026, Sarah Romano is no longer serving as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Ms. Romano's departure was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company's financial reporting, internal controls, operations, policies, or accounting practices.
