“As a result of our recurring losses from operations, accumulated deficit, projected capital needs, delays in bringing our vehicles to market and lower than expected market demand, management determined that substantial doubt exists regarding our ability to continue as a going concern within one year after the issuance date of the accompanying Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements. These conditions raise substantial doubt regarding our ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least one year from the date of issuance of these accompanying Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements.”
