Wrap Technologies, Inc. Regains Nasdaq Listing Requirements Compliance
Audited Form 10-Q Financial Disclosures Contain No “Going Concern” Opinion; 2025 Plan is Fully Funded
Tempe, AZ, October 16, 2024 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) Wrap Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: WRAP) (the “Company”), a global leader in innovative public safety solutions, announced today that it received written notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) informing the Company that it has regained compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1) regarding periodic reporting. Nasdaq has advised the Company that the matter is now closed.
Details of the restructuring, vision and new go-to market strategy are expected to be provided on the Company’s Third Quarter Earnings call.
