Western Union Reports Second Quarter 2026 Results

GAAP revenue of $1.0 billion, down 1% on both a reported basis and an adjusted basis Consumer Services GAAP revenue grew 4%, or 12% on an adjusted basis Branded Digital GAAP revenue grew 7%, or 6% on an adjusted basis GAAP EPS of $0.24, or adjusted EPS of $0.31 The Western Union Company (the “Company” or “Western Union”) (NYSE: WU) today reported second quarter 2026 financial results. The Company’s second-quarter revenue of $1.0 billion decreased 1% on both a reported and an adjusted basis. The change in adjusted revenue was largely driven by a slowdown in the Americas retail business offset by growth in our Consumer Services and Branded Digital businesses. “In the second quarter, we did not see the improvement in Americas Retail that we had expected, and the delayed close of our Intermex acquisition pushed out expected synergies, contributing to meaningful margin pressure and lower-than-expected EPS.
