Equibles can email you when something happens at a US-listed company you follow. Alerts are on every plan, Free included, and go to your account's email address; nothing is sent until that address is confirmed.
Filing alerts
On a stock page, click Get filing alerts and choose the filing types, or keep All filings. The button then reads Following filings. You can also create one from the Filing alerts page with New alert.
Earnings-call transcript alerts
On an earnings-call transcript page, use Get transcript alerts to get an email when that company publishes a new call transcript. It counts as one of the company's filing alerts.
Portfolio alerts
On a portfolio you created, Get alerts covers every company in it, including ones you add later:
- New SEC filings: when a company in the portfolio files.
- Upcoming earnings: once, when a scheduled earnings call is less than 24 hours away. It is off until you tick it.
Delivery
- New filings are checked every few minutes. You only hear about filings published after the alert was set up.
- A company alert sends at most one email per company per check, listing its new filings.
- A portfolio alert skips a filing that your company alert for that stock already covers.
- An account can have up to 200 company alerts, transcript alerts included, and one alert per portfolio.
Manage or stop alerts
- The Filing alerts page lists every alert, with Edit and Remove.
- On a stock page, click Following filings, then Stop these alerts.
- Each alert email links to Manage your alerts.
- Email preferences cover the weekly research digest and product announcements. They do not turn alerts off; manage alerts on the Filing alerts page.
