Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. today announced the acquisition of UK-based Bridge Insurance Brokers Limited ("Bridge"). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Bridge is a commercial insurance broker specializing in real estate, construction, corporate and private client insurance, primarily for UK-based clients with a small international presence. The Bridge team, led by Roger Potts, Alex Cohen and Andre Backner, will continue to operate from its offices in Manchester and London. "Bridge is an outstanding fit with our UK-based retail operations, providing highly complementary expertise and growth opportunities for our real estate and construction practice areas," said J. (NYSE: AJG) ("Gallagher") today issued the following statement subsequent to a recent civil settlement between AssuredPartners of South Florida ("APSF"), AssuredPartners, Inc., and the U.S. Department of Justice ("U.S. DOJ"): Today, the U.S. DOJ announced a settlement with APSF and AssuredPartners. The settlement is in relation to actions that occurred at an agency which was owned by APSF, from February 2021 through September 2022. This period predates Gallagher's acquisition of AssuredPartners in August 2025. Importantly, Gallagher became aware of the government's investigation during its pre-acquisition diligence of AssuredPartners. APSF was not included in Gallagher's acquisition of AssuredPartners, and Gallagher has never owned APSF. The investigation and potential settlement were considered under the purchase agreement, the settlement amount was fully reserved, and settlement does not impact the purchase price Gallagher paid for AssuredPartners.

New analysis from Gallagher, the global insurance and risk management consultancy, shows that as UK employees age, their benefit selections evolve from lifestyle focused offerings to protection and health-focused benefits in later life. The data highlights a gap between what employees want from their benefits packages, and what is offered by employers. International Insurance Brokers provides retail brokerage services in Australia with a focus on property coverage for non-profit organizations. The International Insurance Brokers team, led by Justin McPherson and Vince Mason, will relocate to Gallagher's Brisbane office under the direction of Alex Lumby, head of retail property/casualty brokerage operations for Gallagher in Australia. As the pace of AI adoption speeds up across the world, organizations are ramping up their investments into AI training and enablement for employees. That's from Gallagher, a global insurance brokerage, risk management and consulting services company, which recently conducted its third annual AI Adoption and Risk Survey of more than 1,200 global businesses. In the last year, nearly two thirds of global businesses (62%) have already delivered AI training to employees, while more than half (55%) have hired for AI-focused roles. Governance is also becoming a key priority, with 56% of organizations already communicating their AI strategy to employees. However, many businesses are still behind on implementing governance frameworks to guide how their employees should use AI in the workplace. Over two-fifths (43%) of organizations are yet to introduce formal AI risk management frameworks, highlighting a considerable gap between adoption and oversight. In addition, only 44% have conducted AI
