During the three months ended June 30, 2026, the Company received proceeds from the sale of the historical footwear business, from the issuance of its Convertible Notes, and from the issuance of shares under its ATM offering program. This, in conjunction with the implementation of cost-cutting measures and the AI Infrastructure Business strategy, alleviated the substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for the twelve-month period following the issuance of these unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements.”View the 10-Q filed Aug 19, 2026
