The Company's ability to continue as a going concern will require the Company to raise additional capital to fund the Company's operations through public or private equity offerings, debt financings, collaborations and licensing arrangements or other sources. There can be no assurance that additional financing will be available to the Company or that such financing, if available, will be available on terms acceptable to the Company.
