“The accompanying consolidated financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis, which contemplates realization of assets and satisfaction of liabilities in the normal course of business. As presented in the accompanying consolidated financial statements, the Company had losses for all periods presented, except for the year ended May 31, 2025 due to a one-time return of clinical expenses. The Company had an accumulated deficit of approximately $930.5 million as of May 31, 2026. These factors, among others, including the various matters discussed in Note 10, Commitments and Contingencies, raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.”
