“During the six months ended June 30, 2026, the Company incurred net losses and has operated with a working capital deficit. To date, the Company has financed its operations primarily through a combination of operating cash flows, the sale of equity securities and convertible debt, and borrowings under loan facilities. At June 30, 2026, the Company had an accumulated deficit of $456,984 and a working capital deficit, as defined by a shortfall of current assets as compared with current liabilities, of $214,565 and $195,578 as of June 30, 2026 and December 31, 2025, respectively. The Company's net losses were $24,836 and $39,176 for the six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively. Net cash flows provided by (used in) operating activities were $2,129 and $(10,101) for the six months ended June 30, 2026 and 2025, respectively.”
