While management believes these plans are probable of being effectively implemented and will alleviate the substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern, there can be no assurance that the Company will be successful in generating sufficient revenue, obtaining additional financing on acceptable terms, or that the GHS facility will be utilized in amounts sufficient to meet the Company's obligations as they become due.”
