Sweetgreen, Inc. (NYSE: SG) (the “Company”), the mission-driven, next-generation restaurant and lifestyle brand that serves healthy food at scale, today announced financial results for its fourth fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended December 28, 2025. Fourth Quarter 2025 Financial Highlights For the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2025, compared to the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2024: Total revenue decreased 3.5% to $155.2 million. Same-Store Sales Change of (11.5)%, versus 4.4%. Total Digital Revenue Percentage of 65.1%, up from 56.0% and Owned Digital Revenue Percentage (1) of 38.0%, up from 29.2%. Loss from operations was $(48.1) million and loss from operations margin was (31.0)%, versus $(31.4) million and (19.5)%.
