“Despite the actions undertaken by management to improve liquidity and operating costs—including the divestiture of non-core operations, implementation of cost and pricing improvement initiatives, commercialization of newly cleared medical products, access to capital through the Company’s ATM program, and execution of the Armor facility sublease—management has concluded that substantial doubt remains regarding the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least 12 months from the date these condensed consolidated financial statements are issued.”
