“Despite receiving the net proceeds from the various offerings, the Company's management is of the opinion that it will not have sufficient funds to meet the Company's working capital requirements and debt obligations as they become due starting from one year from the date of this report due to the recurring loss. Therefore, management has determined that there is a substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern. If the Company is unable to generate significant revenue, it may be required to curtail or cease its operations. Management is trying to alleviate the going concern risk through equity financing to support its working capital However, there is no guarantee that the substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern will be alleviated.”
