Intermap Technologies completed on October 7, 2026 its acquisition of all outstanding PCI Geomatics Group Inc. shares it did not already own for C$11,000,000 cash, making PCI a wholly-owned subsidiary, with $1,100,000 and $150,000 held in escrow.
