Substantial doubt about the company's ability to continue as a going concern.
“The Company has not yet established an ongoing source of revenue sufficient to cover its operating costs and allow it to continue as a going concern. The ability of the Company to continue as a going concern is dependent on the Company obtaining adequate capital to fund operating losses until it becomes profitable. These conditions raise substantial doubt as to the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. ... Although the Company received this infusion of capital, management maintains that in order to alleviate the conditions that raise substantial doubt, the Company will need, among other things, additional capital resources. ... However, management cannot provide any assurance that the Company will be successful in accomplishing any of its plans.”View the 10-Q filed Aug 7, 2026

Dividends per share over the trailing 365 days by ex-date · buyback figures as last reported in SEC filings ("spent" derived as authorized − remaining; when several programs run concurrently, authorized is their combined total per the newest filing) · components shown separately — trailing-year buyback spend isn't tracked, so no combined shareholder yield is derived.
