CareTrust REIT, Inc. (NYSE:CTRE) (“CareTrust” or the “Company”) announced today the acquisition of six skilled nursing facilities located in the Mid-Atlantic for a purchase price of approximately $142 million including transaction costs, effective January 1, 2026.
