Each restricted share unit ("RSU") was granted on February 23, 2026 under the Issuer's restricted share unit award plan ("RSU Plan") and represents a contingent right to receive one common share or the cash equivalent thereof as allowed under the Issuer's RSU plan. On July 16, 2026 (the "Redemption Date"), the Reporting Person elected, pursuant to the Issuer's RSU Plan, to redeem 8,209 vested RSUs solely for cash. No common shares were issued in connection with the redemption. The Issuer is required to settle the cash redemption within ten business days following the Redemption Date.

On July 6, 2026 (the "Redemption Date 1"), the Reporting Person elected, pursuant to the Issuer's RSU Plan, to redeem an aggregate of 12,259 vested RSUs solely for cash. No common shares were issued in connection with the redemption. The Issuer is required to settle the cash redemption within ten business days following the Redemption Date 1.

On July 6, 2026 (the "Redemption Date 1"), the Reporting Person elected, pursuant to the Issuer's RSU Plan, to redeem an aggregate of 11,442 vested RSUs solely for cash. No common shares were issued in connection with the redemption. The Issuer is required to settle the cash redemption within ten business days following the Redemption Date 1.

On April 10, 2026, 7,500 Restricted Share Units ("RSUs") were settled in cash only. No Common Shares were issued in connection with the settlement. The cash amount paid was US$29,313.00, calculated using the 30-day VWAP of US$3.9084 per share on the grant date.

The RSUs were granted on July 21, 2025 under the Issuer's restricted share unit award plan ("RSU Plan"). The RSUs vest on such date as the Reporting Person may elect provided such date is within the time period allowed under the RSU Plan. Each RSU represents a contingent right to receive one Common Share or the cash equivalent thereof as allowed under the RSU plan.

The RSUs do not expire.
