“These conditions raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern one year from the issuance date of the financial statements. Management plans to address this uncertainty through an initial Business Combination or through Working Capital Loans (defined in Note 6). There is no assurance that the Company's plans to raise capital or to consummate an initial Business Combination will be successful within the Completion Window. These factors, among others, raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern one year from the date these financial statements are issued. The financial statements do not include any adjustments that might result from the outcome of this uncertainty.”
