Restricted stock units granted under the New Era Helium Corp. 2024 Equity Incentive Plan. The restricted stock units vest in equal installments on the first business day of each calendar month beginning on June 22, 2026 over a period of four years, subject to the reporting person's continued employment with the Issuer from the grant date through each such vesting date. The vested restricted stock units will be paid on or as promptly as practicable following the vesting date (but in no event later than March 15 of the calendar year following the calendar year in which the restricted stock units become vested) in the form of the Issuer's common stock equal to the number of vested restricted stock units.
