(NYSE: PHIN), a leader in premium fuel systems, electrical systems, and aftermarket solutions, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $0.30 per common share, an increase of over 11% compared to the $0.27 per common share paid in the same quarter of 2025. The dividend is payable on March 20, 2026, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 6, 2026. The Board of Directors also authorized a $150 million increase to its previously approved $600 million share repurchase program.
