“During the year ended February 28, 2026, we incurred a net loss of $4.6 million and used cash in operating activities of $1.8 million. In addition, at February 28, 2026, we were in violation of a debt covenant for our Credit Agreements (as defined below). These factors raise substantial doubts about our ability to continue as a going concern within one year of the date that the consolidated financial statements included in this Annual Report are issued.”
