On August 23, 2025 the reporting person was granted options under the 2025 Equity Incentive Plan to purchase an aggregate of 500,000 shares of common stock of the Issuer, with the options vesting and becoming exercisable in four equal installments of 125,000 shares each, with 25% vesting every three months, beginning August 23, 2025, and expires on August 22, 2035.

Granted pursuant to the Company's 2025 Equity Incentive Plan. The option will become 100% vested and exercisable on May 22, 2026.

The Option vest 50% at the start of the Mr. Danner's term on November 7, 2023 and 50% six months after the term's start date on May 7, 2024.
