United Rentals, Inc. (NYSE: URI) today announced financial results for the fourth quarter of 2025 and reported its full-year results on Form 10-K. The company also announced its full-year 2026 guidance, its intention to repurchase $1.5 billion of common stock in 2026, supported by a new $5 billion share repurchase program, and a 10% increase to its quarterly dividend. Fourth Quarter and Full-Year 2025 Highlights Total revenue for the quarter of $4.208 billion, including rental revenue 2 of $3.581 billion.
