“Based on our current operating plan, we expect that our current balance of cash and cash equivalents and marketable securities will fund our operations into early 2027, but we believe it will not be enough to fund our operations for at least 12 months from the date of issuance of our financial statements included in this Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q. Our cash forecast contains estimates and assumptions related to our ongoing clinical trial and other research and development expenses, and we cannot predict the amount or timing of all expenditures with certainty. Accordingly, we have concluded that substantial doubt exists about our ability to continue as a going concern.”
