Management believes that the net proceeds from this financing, combined with the Company's existing cash resources, are sufficient to fund planned operations beyond twelve months from the date these financial statements are issued. Accordingly, management has concluded that the substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern has been alleviated.”
