However, subsequent to March 31, 2026, on May 5, 2026, the Company completed a private placement financing resulting in gross proceeds of approximately $22.5 million (see Note 6 – Subsequent Events). Management believes that the net proceeds from this financing, combined with the Company's existing cash resources, are sufficient to fund planned operations beyond twelve months from the date these financial statements are issued.
